Company disclosures — EDINET

Our English briefs and analysis are derived from public corporate disclosures obtained via EDINET, operated by Japan's Financial Services Agency (FSA), provided under the Public Data License (PDL) 1.0. We summarise and analyse these disclosures; we link to the source and do not reproduce filings in full. TDnet is planned as an additional disclosure source.

Market price data

We use vendor end-of-day price and fundamentals data only for internal calculation of our own derived analytics. We do not display or redistribute raw vendor price data (no ¥ prices, PER/PBR or volumes) on this site or in the app.

Index data

Stock-market index data may be used internally for benchmarking our research. We do not display third-party index names or values externally while the relevant licensing is unconfirmed; public pages use generic descriptions (e.g. "broad small-cap benchmark") instead.
